Installed this in my friends Honda Civic. Everything worked and it sounded great. All the functions worked. We thought this was going to be a good buy. But after a day or two, his factory alarm would start going off constantly. We narrowed it down to the fact that the radio apparently from the manufacturer, doesn't completely turn off when you turn the key off. It just goes into sleep mode. To turn this function off, you have to contact the manufacturer with the serial number off of the radio. Apparently this was a refab radio, which was not mentioned in the details, so there was no original serial number on the radio to be able to get codes to turn the sleep function off.. so unfortunately we had to pull the radio out and return it. I will be definitely looking for a different brand.
