It’s nice that this range finder reads the slope, that’s especially important to some golfers so it’s a great option to have in addition to distance. Think the box and packaging could be better for the price point. If it were packaged better it would make a better gift, packaging cheapens the product.This rangefinder is very easy to use and consistently accurate. It charges up very quickly and the battery lasts long enough that I still haven't run it out yet. The carrying case is convenient with a strong velcro hold. This rangefinder also has a cool magnetic feature to attach it to the golf cart. Overall, this product does the job efficiently and accurately. Great value for the price.While this looked great it was never used so I can't fully attest to it's capabilities it was supposed to be a gift until I found out he already had one that he uses regularly so if that's the case you may use this regularly too! Regardless I returnedI believe this one is made with good components, the optics are good, wide range of view and clear, sharp view of the target, it will meassure the distance and the slope.Will not turn heads but it is not made to do that, go buy a rolex, this gets the job done and if you lose it you can order another without thinking.Has a rechargeable battery, make sure you plug it half an hour before going to the range.It's a rangefinder, don't go crazy looking for the fanciest one, it will end in the back of your golf cart full of dirt, or in your ammo box all scratched, this does the trick, more than enough!This ranger finder is great. Good features that are usually found on more expensive devices. Quality materials, and no issues so far after 5 or 6 uses. Recommend!I have used this and compared it to a GPS and the course measurements, and it seems quite accurate. I have found it easy to use and helpful. The trouble I have had is when trees are right behind the green, and I have to hold it steady right on the flag. So I usually take a couple measurements on the flag and the front of the green. It is handy and fits in the bag or can stick to the side of the cart securely.I got this rangefinder to use for disc golf as it's one of the few that allows feet as a unit of measurement. Full disclosure I did work at an outdoors retailer with rangefinders so I've used many.Found the display to be crisp and clean, with bold text. Easy to operate and switch units of measurement and slope. Battery seems to hold a good amount. Hard to determine since I'm only using it intermittent while playing.This is usb powered for recharging. I like this but also a little old school and like to have an extra battery on the course just it case it runs out, but batteries and quickly giving way to rechargable.Overall the display and calculations are honestly comparable to many rangefinders in the $200-$300 price range.Im super happy and will update if anything changes !
